Embodied Dance
Embodied Movement is about moving consciously and mindfully - from the inside out - so that the movements are experienced not only physically, but also emotionally and mentally. In contrast to purely mechanical movements, which often only involve the body, embodied movement encompasses the complete experience of the body in space, the feeling of one´s own emotions and the perception of inner energy. It is about creating movements from a deep awareness of the body, which strengthens the awareness of one´s own body and one´s own needs. Embodied Movement connected with the trust to surrender into the flow of sound and space...becomes a dance...Embodied Dance.

Well, you can express yourself fully and completely as you are, really focussing on your own needs, your own sensuality, your own feelings, ... free from any postures you may know, individually moving, as it is the most nourishing for you!
What to expect:
With the help of rhythmic music and guided instruction, you will be invited to let go of limiting beliefs, to shake off all the stuff which is no longer serving you, to move freely and intuitively in a creative and self-empowering way. Embodied Dance is not about following a set of prescribed steps or poses, but rather about discovering your own unique movement and expression.

Suitable for all people who would like to connect deeper with themselves while having fun through movement. Neither yoga nor previous dance experience is required. Embodied Dance offers a safe and supportive environment for all levels and abilities to connect with themselves and others through the power of movement and community.
